Mr. Seyfi Gasilov
Partner

Received his graduate degrees from Saint-Petersburg State University majoring in Criminal Law and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) that he graduated with a diploma in European Law. Prior to founding the firm, Seyfi opened and owned a successful E-commerce company based in NY, managed a visa, immigration, and legalization service company with offices across Canada, works closely with a law firm in Kuwait and MyGroup Holding in Azerbaijan.

 

He has vast experience and track record in business development, sales, operations, P & L improvement, efficient stuff deployment, and people management.

Mr. Azar Taghizade
Partner

Mr. Taghizade has been advising corporations, multinational institutions, and high net worth individuals on company setup in emerging markets for over two decades. He has provided strategic legal advice to clients on their business activities in North America, Europe, Middle East and throughout the Former Soviet Union (“FSU”) since 1997 supervising major local and international projects, joint venture, and counseling clients on establishing contacts with local governments, commercial contracts, economic  and legal matters. He has expertise in working with intergovernmental institutions in energy sectors and transportation.

Mr. Hikmat Babayev
Lawyer

PhD candidate, Mr. Babayev is currently lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Human Rights and Information Law, UNESCO, and Chair at Baku State University.

 

Mr. Babayev worked for a long time as a chief Inspector at the legal - contract division of International Cooperation Department, then at the Internal Investigation Department at the Ministry of İnternal Affairs of Azerbaijan. He cooperates with a number of well-known state and private companies. In 2019 –2020 held the positions of Head of Legal Department at Baku Transport Agency, in 2020-2021 was invited to the positions of the Head of Legal and Human Resource Department at the Cadaster and Land Management Project-Research Center.
