How long does it take to have a company registered in Cyprus?

Once all the documents submitted, it takes about 10-14 business days to have your company registered in Cyprus. The processing times might change. Please confirm with our offices

The future company name will need to be approved by the Registrar of Companies.

Other necessary steps are preparation of memorandums and issuance of company’s official documents such as registration certificates, shareholder certificates, office address documents, articles of association, application for TAX id number, and application for bank account opening in Cyprus.

 

Will I require an address in Cyprus for my company?

Yes, a registered address in order to setup a company in Cyprus is a must. This service can be provided by our offices.

How long does it take to open a bank account in Cyprus?

Once the company has been registered,  it takes approximately 5-7 business days to open a bank account.

Do I need to visit Cyprus to register and setup a business?

The process can be done remotely and our consultants can take care of the registration process.

  • 12.5% - Corporate tax on the net profits

  • 19%-VAT

  • No withholding tax on dividends

The following approximate documents are required for Cyprus company registration::

  • A certified (notarized, legible) copy of Passport or ID

  • A certified copy or an original utility bill, as a proof of address

  • A reference letter from a bank institution, lawyer or accountant for the good standing of the beneficial owners

  • A recent resume

  • Recent tax return
