• Assisted a large multinational energy group in setting up several Contract and Procurement Departments for new upcoming projects with annual budgets of USD 5.5-7bln. Developed procurement policies, procedures, manuals and contract templates;

• Provided legal support and contract management services to a large multinational oil company, including drafting templates, technological framework agreements and masters services agreements, establishing and managing joint ventures, developing several consortium structures;

• Counseled large multinational oil company in relation to their offshore drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico, advising on various issues related to the drilling operations;

• Represented a Middle East corporation in relation to claims management and litigation
