Mr. Seyfi Gasilov
Managing Director

Seyfi Gasilov received graduate degrees from Saint-Petersburg State University (Criminal Law) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) (European Law). Before founding TG Counsel, he built and operated service businesses across North America and the Middle East, including a successful e-commerce company in New York and a visa/immigration/legalization services company with offices across Canada. He works closely with partner firms in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Azerbaijan, bringing a practical cross-border perspective to advising international clients entering and operating in the region.

Seyfi’s leadership combines legal judgment with an operator’s focus on execution—covering business development, sales, operations, and P&L improvement—so clients receive advice that is commercially grounded and actionable.
